We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes situations may arise where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for processing refunds, returns, and exchanges.

1. Refund Eligibility

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept refund requests within 7 days from the date of your purchase.

If you are returning an online order – please let us know. We’ll arrange a courier to collect at a time convenient for you. (There is a return courier fee of R100).

If you received your products and they were damaged during delivery we will gladly replace the product. Please pop us a mail with a picture of the product(s) so we can take care of it for you. 

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Products that are returned beyond the 7-day refund window.
• Gift cards.
